At Microsoft, I am is responsible for managing a design studio in Technology and Research focused on solutions creating high value AI-based health solutions. Previously, I have launched a live online notary service for DocuSign, the first designer, and built a team around Alexa Enterprise focused on getting Alexa outside of the home, launched WebXR tools, the first designer to launch Kindle's first fully accessible app for education, built retail GTM tolls automating the marketing ops process for retail and the first designer building a team around Amazon's AAA game engine, Lumberyard.

Beyond Microsoft, I am an instructor of UX design at the School of Visual Concepts. I enjoy volunteering for Girls Who Code and Girls Who Game, seeing young women become tech leaders. I also spend time as an advisor, mentor for designers at various stages of their career. I am a fine artist and spends some time expressing myself through drawing and painting.

I am fortunate outside of work to have my family supporting me on my journey. My husband Andrew, son Nolan and pups Rio and Macie are always there for inspiration.
